Frequently asked questions
How do I make a booking?

The easiest way to make your booking is via our online booking system selecting your chosen event, accommodation and number of guests. Alternatively, you can call our team on 0330 818 0671. If booking more than 10 weeks in advance of your arrival date, you can pay a deposit of 20%. If booked within 10 weeks, the full balance will be required. Once booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Can I request an accommodation number?

Yes, you can request a particular accommodation number. If available, we will confirm this at the time of booking and a request unit fee of £20 will be added to your booking.

Is bed linen and towels provided in the accommodation?

All accommodation includes bed linen with your beds made up on arrival. Only the Lodges have towels provided.

What time is check in and check out?

For your specific break, please check the individual event page FAQ’s.

Can I arrive after reception closes?

If you are looking to arrive for your weekender after reception closes, please call or email us in advance and we can inform our security team who will be located on the main entrance when you drive on park.

Can I bring my dog with me?

We have a limited number of ‘pet friendly’ accommodation and touring pitches on park. If you are looking to bring your dog, you must add them onto your booking for a small additional charge.

How can I pay my balance?

To pay your balance, please call the team on 0330 818 0671 with your booking ID number. Alternatively, you will receive a unique payment link via email at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival, allowing you to pay online.

Can I amend my booking?

We will do our best to accommodate booking amends within our terms and conditions which can be found here. Please call or email us to speak to the team.

Why have the accommodation names changed?

We have updated the names of our accommodation to make choosing your perfect stay even easier. Our accommodation is now categorised by size, number of bedrooms, the quality of fixtures and fittings and additional features. You can view a detailed breakdown in our comparison table.

When do I have to make the final payment on my booking?

Outstanding balances are due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Your booking confirmation will state the exact date.

Is there WiFi available on park?

Yes we offer a free WiFi service within the main complex buildings. You can also connect from the majority of our accommodation but we cannot guarantee this across the whole park.

Can children attend the events?

Our adult only weekenders include the Great Yarmouth Soul Weekender, Totally 60’s, 70’s & 80’s, Totally Soul & Motown and Totally Christmas Party. Children may attend the Skamouth Weekenders and the Norfolk Family Darts Festival. Please add them to the booking.
